How soon can you start?
Small works usually within the week. Buildings start four to eight weeks from a signed quote, depending on approvals — and we will tell you honestly if it is longer.
Do you handle plan approvals?
Yes — CMDA or DTCP sanction, structural drawings, EB and water connections. Or we work to your architect’s approved set.
How do payments work?
Stage-wise, against completed work — never in advance of it. The stages are listed in the quote before you sign.
Are you insured and registered?
GST-registered, with Contractor All-Risk and public liability cover on every site. The certificates come attached to the quote.
