Full refurbishments of houses, clinics and shops. Strip-out to finish, including rewiring and replumbing. We give a room-by-room scope so you can trim it without renegotiating.
02 — Small works & upkeep
A repaint, a name board, a leaking terrace. Small crews, proper materials, and the site left clean — the same standard as the big contracts, in week-sized pieces.
False ceilings, wardrobes, modular kitchens, shop and clinic fit-outs. Measured, made and fitted by our own carpenters — one contract, finished electricals included.
Interior and exterior repainting, texture and enamel work. Proper surface prep — putty, primer, crack fill — before a single coat goes on. Covered floors, clean handover.
Shopfront fascias, ACP cladding, name boards and frames. Fabricated and mounted by the same crew that does our commercial frontages, wired and lit ready to switch on.
Terrace leaks, seepage, cracks and RCC repair. Inspection first, then a written diagnosis. We repair what is wrong, not everything we can bill.
Compound walls, gates, grills, paving, borewell points. The jobs most builders turn away. We send a small crew, do it properly, and leave the site clean.
Year-round care for buildings we built — and ones we didn’t. Painting touch-ups, plumbing, electrical and terrace care on an annual contract, with one number to call.
